Well I finally stepped up my exercise and are doing quite a lot of walking now. Last week I started just by doing 2 miles a day (30min duration) and by doing that I lost 4.2lbs! This week I have been doing 4.1 miles (1 hour duration) on the weekend and 2 miles Monday-Friday, and starting tomorrow, being Monday here in New Zealand, I will be doing 4.1miles everyday!
As for the food, well I haven't been feeling very hungry lately, I have no idea why, but I'm sooooooo glad about it! lol so I've just been having breakfast, lunch and dinner and sometimes fruit in between meals, otherwise, that's it, I haven't been eating anything else, which is great! However, since giving up sugar and coffee, I've become a little headachy lately, but this will pass..yay!

Hi Barb! Yes Exercise Rules! I think I know why you're not hungry. Exercise (temporarily) stops your appetite! Just be careful not to get into the mindset "I just walked an hour, I can eat this and that now". That doesn't work even if you had run an hour - just something I've had to learn along this journey. I'm so glad you're enjoying it :)
